Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns.
However, if you receive:
- A damaged, expired, or incorrect item, or
- An incomplete order
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos and your order details.
We will carefully assess the issue, and if it meets our refund or replacement criteria, we will process a replacement or refund accordingly.
Please note:
To ensure fairness and avoid misuse, we reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet our standards for refunds or replacements, especially in cases where the product appears to have been used, consumed, or tampered with.
To initiate a replacement or refund, please:

- Share your order number

Refund Process

Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been packed or dispatched yet.
